Biographical details:

Francis "Frank" Donohue has 33 years of industrial engineering and construction management experience. Upon graduation from Villanova University’s College of Civil Engineering, Mr Donohue joined Catalytic, Inc where he served in various project management roles in the Nuclear and Industrial divisions. From 1977 until 1992, Mr Donohue served as project manager, Vice President of Operations and President for Sauer Industries and their subsidiary companies. During this time, Mr Donohue was responsible for the profitability of all the projects undertaken by the company which included the first cogeneration plants developed by PSE, Enron, Falcon Seaboard, Tenaska, and others.

In February 1992, Mr. Donohue joined Sithe Energies, Inc as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Construction, where he assisted in the development and led the engineering and construction oversight of many domestic and international large-scale power-generating facilities, including Independence Station in Oswego, NY and San Roque hydroelectric project in the Philippines. From March 2000 to present, Mr. Donohue has been President of Power Professionals Ltd., an engineering and construction management consulting company providing services to several utilities such as Exelon and PSEG as well as independent power developers such as Sithe Energies, GNPower and Marubeni.
