Biographical details:

New York actor Rob Donohoe is currently (July 9-August 29, 2004) at the Carousel Dinner Theatre in Akron, Ohio, co-starring as Moonface Martin in the Cole Porter Musical, ANYTHING GOES. Rob was most recently seen as Fagin in the musical, OLIVER!, at Charleston Stage in Charleston, South Carolina.
In New York he spent a year on Broadway in the revival of 1776, and four seasons at the theatre at Madison Square Garden where he understudied Frank Langella, Roddy McDowall and Hal Linden as Scrooge in Alan Menken’s, A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
He was on the road for two years with the first national tour of TITANIC, the musical, and toured the US and Canada for eighteen months as Melvin P. Regional jobs have taken him to theatres across America and Europe including The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, San Jose Civic Light Opera in California, The Walnut Street in Philadelphia, and the Heidelberg Castle in Germany. He received the Los Angeles Drama-Logue Award for his performance in SPOON RIVER and was nominated for San Francisco’s Bay Area Critics Circle Award for his portrayal of Otto Kringlein in GRAND HOTEL.
